This all air pneumatic bagger automatically blows the bags open, the product guides are actively moved into the bag and hold the bag open for the operator. Designed for the harshest of environments, the SBP-SS-AA-16 can open over 35 bags per minute for high production applications.

APM’s full line of gravity drop sealers can be used alone or in conjunction with a speedy bag packager. APM drop sealers produce either an impulse seal, impulse seal & trim or a bead trim seal. They can seal packages automatically or manually using the included foot switch.

Validation on continuous band sealer for medical pouches
- USDA approved rotary band sealing system
- Four discrete PID temperature controllers allow for ± 2° F control up to 450° F. Dual element thermocouples are used with one used by the temperature controller and the other used to provide a signal for temperature validation via a port supplied – with temperatures up to 450 degrees +/-2 degrees Fahrenheit
- Seal pressure control: seal pressure is generated from independently mounted pneumatic cylinders that apply a force to the heating bars – seal force is controlled with a precision regulator coupled with an analogue pressure transducer that provides a corresponding 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC signal that is monitored for validation
- Speed control: a Dart MD20P DC closed loop programmable board controls speed and simultaneously provides output pulses that correspond with drive speed
- Temperature, speed control and cooling bar pressure can be validated.

The HCBS offers state of the art sealing where products are best oriented flat or horizontal. It produces a tight secure sealed bag using Polyolefin and PVSC shrink films, that require precise temperature control to create a consistently tight package every time. It works equally well on a variety of films such as Polyethylene, Polymylar, Polypropylene, Coextrusions and Polylaminates.
