Labellers

Manufacturers: Nita and Loveshaw – not all models are shown

NITA ADVANTAGES

  • Graduated scales (in mm) at ALL adjustment points and each one is identified with a discrete letter, ie. A, B, C, etc.
  • Photo-eyes NEVER get moved – time delays are memorized in each label recipe
  • The result: the line operator retrieves the label recipe, sets the machine up according to the recipe, loads the labels and calibrates the gap sensing photo-eye. No specialized technical staff are required to perform a changeover.
  • Conveyor and label dispensing are 100% speed synchronized from a start / stop to all operating speeds from 5 m/min to 30 m/min – label position is precisely maintained throughout all of these dynamic changes.
  • Operator can adjust labeller speed on the fly to accommodate changing line conditions.
  • Can be dynamically slowed down to a crawl for diagnostic purposes.
  • No proprietary parts. Servos, sensors and HMI can be sourced from your local distributors.
