• Belt: 1″ pitch Habasit IS-610 constructed from acetal and nylon rods and is available in either straight-running style or radius with underside hold-down tabs. Also available with traction modules in various arrays for grip or incline applications.
• Belt support (straight-running): parallel CVR-12 UHMW profiles fastened to formed 11 gauge stainless steel cross-members with stainless steel two piece clamp nuts – center distance between profiles not to exceed 6″
• Belt return (straight-running): parallel CVR-12 UHMW profiles fastened to formed 11 gauge stainless steel cross-members with stainless steel two piece clamp nuts – center distance between profiles not to exceed 6″
• Drive pulley: consists of UHMW-PE or acetal 7, 9 or 15 tooth sprockets on centers not to exceed 6″ with keyed 1-1/4″ diameter shaft
• Tail pulley: consists of UHMW-PE or acetal 7, 9 or 15 tooth sprockets on centers not to exceed 6″ with keyed 1-1/4″ diameter.shaft
• Take-up: no take-up required – low tension drive system, catenary sag is adjusted by removing links as required
• Bearings: reinforced polyamide, two bolt flange bearings with adjustable, pre-lubricated ball bearings and ball type grease nipple – mounting holes are reinforced with stainless steel spacer inserts – supplied with clip-on safety seal caps with o-ring seal
• Conveying speed: variable speeds available from 5 to 200 fpm – we insist on soft-start integration
• Removable underside guarding designed to allow debris to pass clearly through the conveyor frame
• Can be supplied with a KB Electronics KBAC-24D AC frequency drive or controlled by a central panel

Specifications:

Load:

• Straight run: 1050 pounds/ft total live load per driven section is dependent upon inclination, accumulation and belt width
• Curve run: 300 pounds/ft

Structure:

• Frame: 11 gauge stainless steel side plates with bolted, 1″ round bar cross members with all rail supports welded or formed 11 gauge rails with bolt-on rail clamps
• Stands: Supplied with 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ X .120″ wall stainless steel tubular legs that are welded and bolted to frame at centres that do not exceed 120″
• Feet: can be supplied with either NGI stainless steel hygienic 5/8″ NC leveling pads that provide adjustability of ± 2″ for hygienic applications or Marbett tubular inserts and threaded feet for standard use

Electrical Requirements:

• 120V 1 phase, 230 V 1 phase, 230/460V 3 phase and 575V 3 phase
