Features:
- Widths: available 2″ through 96″
- Centre drive
- Belt: ½” pitch Habasit SM605 constructed from acetal and nylon rods. An alternative model CM605 (curved mesh) belt is available for use with 3/4″ nose bars.
- Drive shaft: consists of a 1-1/4″ diameter stainless steel drive shaft with multiple 13 tooth molded acetyl sprockets with sprocket centres not exceeding about 4-1/2″
- Nose shafts: consist of 1″ diameter stainless steel round bar bolted to frame side plates
- Idler shafts: consist of 1″ diameter stainless steel round bar with 3″ diameter UHMW-PE rollers held in place with shaft collars
- Snub shaft: consists of 1″ diameter stainless steel round bar with 3″ diameter UHMW-PE rollers held in place with shaft collars and ensures positive sprocket engagement
- Upper belt support: consists of multiple Marbett CVR-12 UHMW-PE rails with stainless steel backbones bolted with compression clamps with unsupported belt distance no greater than 5″ These rows of compression clamps are bolted to cross members which are spaced at maximum 36″centers
- Lower belt support consists: of multiple Marbett CVR-12 UHMW-PE rails with stainless steel backbones bolted with compression clamps to cross members which are spaced at maximum 36″centers
- Removable underside guarding is designed to allow debris to pass clearly through the conveyor frame
- Can be supplied with a KB Electronics KBAC-24D AC frequency drive or controlled by a central panel

Structure:
- Frame: 11 gauge stainless steel side plates with bolted, 1″ round bar cross members with all rail supports bolted to welded and formed 11 gauge stainless steel angles
- Stands: 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ X .120″ wall stainless steel tubular legs that are welded and bolted to frame at centres that do not exceed 120″
- Feet: can be supplied with either NGI stainless steel hygienic 5/8″ NC leveling pads that provide adjustability of ± 2″ for hygienic applications or Marbett tubular inserts and threaded feet for standard use
