  • DRIVE SUPPORT: Two, Solus four-bolt flange bearings bolted to welded structural angle cross-members.
  • SPEED REDUCTION: Nord SK1S140-H10 series sealed worm gear “c” face speed hollow output shaft reducer with torque arm – standard painted finish.
  • ROTATIONAL SPEED: Variable speed from 0.5 rpm to 10 rpm – limited by min/max adjustable trim pots on frequency drive.
  • REVERSIBLE: Yes.
  • GUARD RAILS: Marbett CVR-37 guide rail system consisting of polyethylene, 2-1/4″ wide “T” rail with stainless steel backbone and adjustable stainless steel rods for height and in/out positioning.
  • GUARD RAIL SUPPORT: Four outboard 2″ x 2″ x .120″ wall structural tubes with end cap emanate from the central box frame assembly.
  • TRANSITION PLATE: Optional – designed and fabricated to suit the discharge of the upstream device. Typically will consist of a polished stainless plate 4″ to 18″ wide, bolted to the aluminum extrusion frame.
  • CONTROLS: Supplied with a KB Electronics KBAC-24D AC frequency drive housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure which will be equipped with a 120 VAC power cord and plug. The drive has a small keypad to control speeds, acceleration, deceleration amongst a variety of parameters.
  • OVERLOAD: Supplied with an Hersey Clutch 100DC series detent clutch which provides adjustable breakaway torque limiting that will satisfy PSR requirements. Electronic current overload in frequency drive provides electrical overload protection to table drive.
  • FASTENERS: Stainless steel DIN (metric) socket head cap screws throughout – standard and button head.
  • SAFETY: Designed to meet CSA-Z432-16 standards for nip and pinch protection. Support casters well hidden from operator exposure with table to frame gap is less than 6 mm.
  • FINISH: All surfaces are stainless steel with secondary parts comprised of UHMW-PE, acetyl or polyamide.

Specifications:

Load Capacity:

  • Up to 470 pounds, depending upon the rotational speed and the observed friction between product and table plate.

Structure:

  • FRAME: Constructed from 2″ x 2″ x .125″ wall structural 304 stainless steel tubing – all ends capped where required and all TIG welded with welds sanded and discolouration removed.
  • TABLE: 11 gauge, 2b finish, 304 stainless steel with underside support mat consisting of 3/4″ thick, 1″ thick natural UHMW-PE underside support plate that provides table rigidity and quiet operation.

Surface Capacity:

  • ~12 square feet
