Main Uses
The C-Series line of induction sealers is a lower-powered alternative to our flagship iFoiler. Utilizing the C-Series 1kW power supply and universal sealing coil, the C-Series induction sealers are designed to be accessible and easy to use while still providing powerful and effective induction sealing. All C-Series induction sealers use the same power supply and universal sealing coil, with three configurations to better meet your specific needs. This system is also available in a hand-held configuration.
One 1kW MOSFET design power supply with the following standard features:
Stainless steel enclosure.
Membrane touch panel.
Microprocessor control.
Fully adjustable output control.
Customer interlock.
Customer run signal.
Auto start capability.
Adjustable loss of seal alarm/timer.
Power supply is interchangeable from manual operation to conveyor operation simply by changing the coil.
Stationary system: Waterless universal conveyor sealing coil capable of sealing a wide range of closure diameters.
A stationary coil mounting bracket to attach the sealing coil to any existing conveyor.
Portable system: Waterless universal conveyor sealing coil capable of sealing a wide range of closure diameters.
Stainless steel portable cart with casters, leveling pads, coil height indicator, and 20 inches of coil height adjustment to unitize all components of the system.
Portable system with conveyor: Waterless universal conveyor sealing coil capable of sealing a wide range of closure diameters.
