Description
Features:
- Centre drive
- Typical the overall width is 2-3/4″ greater than specified belt width
- Motor: SEW Eurodrive SA47/DRS 1-1/4″ hollow shaft gearmotor
- Belt: white polyurethane 2 ply belt – food grade anti-microbial – Ropanyl series ESM 5/2 00+015 white M1 FG with finger splice – 2 ply – 80 mm long x 10 mm wide x 90 degree
- Drive pulley: 4-1/2″ diameter, trapezoidal crowned, stainless steel, with a 1-1/4″ diameter bore. The pulley is lagged with 1/4″ thick, NBR60 white nitrile coating with 60 durometer hardness. Marbett four bolt flange bearings are used for shaft mounting to frame.
- Take-up pulley: removable and is constructed from 4-1/2″ diameter stainless steel with 1-1/4″ bearing ends and provides horizontal belt adjustment. It permits belt tracking and accommodates 12″ of belt tensioning. The open, belt removal side, two stainless ball detent pins will be removed, the bearing mounting plate will be removed and the idler is exposed at one end and can be pulled away
- Pivoting idler rollers: at infeed and discharge, is provided a removable, is constructed from 4-1/2″ diameter stainless steel with 1-1/4″ bearing ends and provide belt tracking adjustment. The three bolt offset Marbett bearings are mounted on 1/4″ stainless steel with guides, an adjusting bolt and stop. The open, belt removal side, two stainless ball detent pins will be removed, the bearing mounting plate will be removed and the idler is exposed at one end and can be pulled away
- Automatic belt tracking: at infeed and discharge, is provided by a single Festo ADN-50 compact cylinder with Festo VUV series single solenoid valve and controlled with two limit switches that monitor belt position.
- Underside belt support rollers: consisting of 1″ diameter stainless steel round bar with four (4) 2″ diameter x 3″ long UHMW-PE rollers with polyamide shaft collars at centres that do not exceed 36″
- Conveyor belt cleaning system: consisting of a single, metal detectable, dual durometer (hard tip with flexible body) adjustable polyurethane scraper, p/n Marbett CV-MTDD-MD, that is end mounted below the discharge knife edge nose bar. A removable, formed and welded, 16 gauge stainless steel box is mounted below the scraper assembly to permit elimination of belt scrap
- Roller nip guards: are constructed from formed 16 gauge stainless steel with 1/4″ welded flange on one side to permit mounting to the inside of the side frame plate with 1″ x 1″ support tube running across with gusset. One guard is positioned around one idler roller while a plate is placed between the main drive pulley and the underside of the return belt surface to protect the hazard at the take-up pulley
- Removable underside guarding: constructed from a combination of formed 16 gauge stainless steel sheet and 1″ x 1″ welded structural angle frame with 1″ x 1″ and ½” x ½” x 11 gauge stainless wire mesh. Use is dependent upon available safe distances. Designed to allow debris to pass clearly through the conveyor frame.
- Maximum conveying speed: typically provided at between 8 fpm and 40 fpm
- Can be supplied with a KB Electronics KBAC-24D AC frequency drive or controlled by a central panel
Specifications:
Load:
- 4 lbs. per lineal inch, 1750 lbs. total live load capacity per driven section, assuming that conveyor is not inclined or accumulating
Structure:
- Stainless steel structure with all bolted together hardware including stands and bearings supplied with stainless steel stand-offs
- Conveyor frame will consist of a formed 11 gauge x 10 deep “C” channel. Bolted 1″ stainless steel round bar provides additional structural rigidity
- Drop-in, removable, belt support pans are fitted between the frames along the entire conveyor length
- 2″ x 2″ X .188″ wall stainless steel tubular legs are welded and bolted to frame at centres that do not exceed 120″
- Conveyor legs situated on conveyor above 84″in height are supplied with bolt-on cross struts for additional support.
- NGI stainless steel hygienic 3/4″ NC levelling pads p/n XH-F1X126-XH3483
