• Seal style:
  • 1/4″ wide hermetic, smokeless and odourless seal.
  • 3/8″ wide hermetic, smokeless and odourless seal.
• Seal band: 1″ wide X 40″ long x 10 mil., heavy-duty Teflon sealing bands with reinforced butt splice.
• Materials accepted: Polyethylene, polypropylene, foil poly, kraft poly, laminations, Tyvek, Mylar, and shrink films. Polypropylene seals without angel hairs.
• Frame: Mounted on 4 ft high stand that allows for adjustable sealing height. Sealing head is adjusted by means of hand crank and motion is guided with bearing shafting and bushings.
• Carry belt speeds: Variable with the incorporation of an AC motor controller with speeds up to 60 fpm. Sealing bands are manually synchronized to drive of transport conveyor.
• Bag transport: One set of ½” wide urethane belts located below the seal bands is responsible for positively transporting the bag through the sealer.
• Speed: Up to 60 fpm with two ultra quiet, synchronized AC gear motors.
• Sealing drive: Heavy duty gears and stainless-steel shafting throughout.
• Sealing assembly: Two heating and two cooling sections are provided to transfer the thermal energy to seal and then remove it. Each assembly consists of chrome plated brass seal bars with a nickel-plated cooling section. Each heating section consists of a 5″ long lower bar with a 305 W element and two 2-1/2″ long upper bars, each with a 125 W element.
• Sealing head adjustment: Crank handle vertical positioning of sealing head can be varied through a total range of 10″.
• Temperature control: Each heating section has its own dedicated digital readout temperature controller is supplied with maximum temperature 500 degrees F and repeatability of +/- 2 degrees.
• Scrap removal: Not applicable.
• Air supply: No compressed air required.
• Footprint dimensions: 48″ W x 24″ D (approximate)
